Job Title: Secretary
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1000 KWD/month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with standard office procedures. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records, including filing, database management, generating reports and statistical analyses
• Handle general correspondence including emails, faxes, letters and memos
• Prepare agendas, arrange meetings and take notes during meetings as required
• Schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial studies/office administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook etc.)
