Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supervisor with excellent leadership qualities to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, providing guidance and support to staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that quality standards are met. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Needs for the Candidate
We require the successful candidate to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role, with an emphasis on customer service. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing staff performance and working with other departments within the organization. An understanding of financial processes is desirable but not essential. In addition, the successful applicant must possess excellent verbal communication skills in both English and any local language spoken in Al-Kuwait.
