Job Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience is preferred
β’ At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or related administrative role is required
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is essential
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
Job Duties:
β’ Provide administrative support including handling phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, etc.
β’ Manage correspondence (including letters, emails and packages)
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies β’ Create monthly reports on financial activities for review by management team β’ Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents or other materials needed for meetings β’ Track office expenses and ensure compliance with organizational spending procedures β’ Manage travel arrangements (such as booking flights and hotels) when necessary
