Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or related administrative role is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
Job Duties:
• Provide administrative support including handling phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Manage correspondence (including letters, emails and packages)
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies • Create monthly reports on financial activities for review by management team • Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents or other materials needed for meetings • Track office expenses and ensure compliance with organizational spending procedures • Manage travel arrangements (such as booking flights and hotels) when necessary
