We are currently looking for an experienced and well-organized Office Manager to join our Al-Kuwait office. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our organization, providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two year's experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimum supervision. The main duties will include, but not be limited to, managing overall office operations; acting as a liaison between departments and staff members; ensuring efficient filing systems are in place; providing guidance on all aspects of administrative management; scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements; managing communication between staff members; preparing reports and presentations as required; ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures; responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests for services; maintaining accurate records of expenses, invoices, contracts, etc.; maintaining a neat and organized office environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized and can work effectively in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, trustworthy with confidential information and have great time management skills. A competitive salary of 900 per month is available for the right candidate.
