Skills and Qualifications Needed:
• Experience as a welder with a proven track record
• The ability to read blueprints and drawings
• A keen eye for detail when welding
• Must be able to work with all types of metals
• Knowledge of welding safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
