The successful candidate should have experience in managing office operations, providing administrative support, and working with external clients. They will be responsible for managing daily office tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take on additional tasks when necessary
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work with international clients (preferred)
