Executive Chef - Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh! This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for cooking and is ready to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating menus, overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and managing kitchen staff. Additionally, the Executive Chef will be expected to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements:
• At least three years of experience as a professional chef
• A demonstrated track record of success in managing kitchen operations
• Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisines
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff
• Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Create innovative menus that are appealing to customers while remaining within budget guidelines
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Source ingredients from reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, availability, etc.
• Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation practices, safe food handling procedures, etc. • Monitor food quality while preparing orders; ensure that all dishes are prepared as per instructions • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to food safety • Monitor costs associated with ingredients used in menu items; identify ways to reduce costs without compromising quality • Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked properly; coordinate with suppliers when supplies run low • Supervise all kitchen staff; delegate tasks as necessary
Salary: 1200 per month
