Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our vibrant team in Al-Kuwait. Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Merchandiser
• Experience with merchandise planning, pricing, and inventory control
• Strong understanding of customer service principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer trends to identify potential sales opportunities
• Develop promotional campaigns designed to increase product awareness in the market
• Manage inventory control systems to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
• Monitor pricing strategies of competitors in order to adjust company pricing accordingly
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop creative solutions that will drive sales growth
• Establish relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions
