We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a managerial role, as well as the ability to successfully develop and implement strategies to ensure profitability and success.

The Manager's primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, developing short-term and long-term business plans, managing personnel issues, monitoring financial performance, and providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of service are met. In addition, the Manager must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff from all levels of the organization.

The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate an ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends in order to maintain the company's competitive advantage. In addition, strong organizational skills are also essential for this role as is an eye for detail in order to effectively manage resources so that maximum efficiency is achieved.

The salary on offer is 1400 per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role if they can meet all of our requirements.
