Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1500.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an organized individual with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files and records
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and other correspondence
- Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
