Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality instruction in the classroom and ensuring that all students reach their fullest potential.

Duties:
• Design and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents on a regular basis.
• Maintain student discipline and create a safe environment in the classroom.
• Motivate students to reach their highest academic potential and help them develop a strong sense of self-worth.
• Use appropriate teaching techniques to engage students in learning activities.
• Create assessments that measure student progress accurately.
• Remain up-to-date with changes in curriculum standards, teaching methods, and assessment tools.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, administrators, parents, and community members.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field required.
• Previous experience teaching or working with children required.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously required.
• Knowledge of current best practices in education preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team preferred .

Salary: We are offering competitive salary of 1300 per month
