Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is looking for a Secretary to join our team. This position offers a very competitive salary of 1700. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. The individual must be able to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during meetings
• Collect and review incoming documents and forward them to the appropriate recipients
• Prepare documents such as reports, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
• Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations of the office
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Proven experience as an office secretary or similar administrative role
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
