Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 KD per month. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates for this role.
The Office Manager oversees and manages all administrative and operational activities in the office. They will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from organizing office supplies and equipment, to coordinating office staff and providing customer service. The successful Office Manager will be highly organized, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone communication
• Supervise the office staff (e.g., secretaries, clerks) and provide direction and guidance as needed
• Assist with data entry into internal systems when needed
• Prepare reports on various projects as requested by management
• Establish procedures for record keeping, filing, data entry, etc.
• Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking
• Create an efficient working environment by managing space allocation, maintaining proper storage systems
• Monitor expenses (e.g., office supplies) and suggest ways to reduce costs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; however experience may offset educational requirements
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
