Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, experienced and customer-oriented Cabin Crew to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As a part of our team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers on board. You will also be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers throughout their flight experience. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. We offer a competitive salary of 1800 with potential opportunities for growth and development.

Duties & Responsibilities

As Cabin Crew at Al-Kuwait, you will be expected to provide outstanding service to passengers on board our flights. Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting passengers aboard the aircraft; serving meals and drinks; providing safety briefings; providing assistance with baggage; responding to passenger queries; performing all pre-flight cabin checks; ensuring passenger comfort throughout the flight; accurately documenting any incidents or irregularities during the flight; working closely with other crew members; completing any other tasks assigned by the Captain or Flight Deck personnel.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should have a valid airline transport pilot license or equivalent certification, relevant cabin crew qualification/certification (or willingness to undertake it) as well as at least two years of experience in a similar role. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation as well as problem solving abilities in order to handle different types of situation that may arise during flights. Fluency in English is essential for this position, additional languages are an advantage.
