Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 KD per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• At least five years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of implementing strategies that promote efficiency and quality control
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members through effective communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, customs, and practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the department/division/team
• Create schedules for staff and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time • Monitor performance of staff members in order to ensure quality standards are met • Develop strategies that promote efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, etc. • Prepare reports on performance metrics for leadership review • Develop training programs for new employees • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field • At least five years of experience as Supervisor • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, customs & practices • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word & Excel) • Ability to prioritize tasks & multitask effectively
