Hotel Manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking to hire an experienced Hotel Manager to manage our hotel in Al-Kuwait. This position comes with a salary of 1500 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, including managing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase revenue.
In this role, you must have excellent organizational and leadership skills as well as the ability to multitask. You must also have a good understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant should be able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
The primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Supervising all aspects of hotel operations
- Developing strategies to increase hotel profitability
- Ensuring quality customer service is provided at all times
- Developing budget plans and monitoring costs
- Coordinating staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation
- Handling customer complaints efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations
