Room Attendant Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Room Attendant to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned to a high standard as well as ensuring the hotel corridor is kept clean and tidy. The Room Attendant should be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure guests’ satisfaction with their stay.

Job Description:
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Clean all guest rooms including dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, replacing linen, etc.
• Clean bathrooms in all guest rooms
• Ensure corridors are kept clean at all times
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and protocols
