Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. The Recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies that will help us find suitable candidates quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the Recruiter will participate in job fairs, networking events and other recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline of potential employees.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of experience recruiting for various positions within an organization. They must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent organizational skills. The successful applicant should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team and possess strong problem-solving capabilities. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is also necessary for this role. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic would be considered a plus but is not necessary.
