Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The candidate should be responsible, proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
The Office Manager will be in charge of overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing personnel, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This person will also manage all office equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate office personnel activities;
• Organize meetings/events;
• Respond to emails and phone calls;
• Manage daily operations of the office;
• Monitor day-to-day maintenance of the office facilities;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, scheduling appointments, etc.;
• Manage all office equipment and supplies;
• Monitor the use of computer systems by staff members;
• Maintain records of staff attendance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred;
• Previous experience as an Office Manager is required;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: 900 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
