Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Secretary to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff in our office. You will be tasked with managing various office duties, such as taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, filing paperwork, ordering supplies and managing emails.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Secretary or in a related role is required
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant software packages
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not required
