Secretary job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an organized and driven Secretary in Al-Kuwait to support our office with a variety of clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing internal and external communication, and completing general office duties. This position is available now with a salary of 1300, and we are open to considering applicants from abroad.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, have strong communication abilities (both verbal and written), be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively. A successful candidate should also demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and keep up with deadlines. This is an entry-level role, so no prior work experience is required; however, knowledge of basic office software is a plus.
The primary duties of this role include handling incoming calls, responding to emails/letters/queries in a timely manner, maintaining paper files/documentation, scheduling appointments/meetings with other staff members or external contacts as required, ordering office supplies when needed, managing daily mail delivery/sorting/distribution, providing administrative support when needed (typing letters or reports), and performing other duties as assigned.
