Position: Hotel Manager

Salary: 1200

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in hotel management
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing, customer service and finance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage

Duties:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel including managing staff performance, financial performance, guest relations, sales & marketing activities and operational planning. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained throughout the hotel. Other tasks include budgeting & forecasting, maintaining staff records and implementing health & safety regulations.
