Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, including filing, phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 KD for this position and are open to considering foreigners.
Responsibilities
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office. This includes but is not limited to filing papers, answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintaining office security systems, and providing administrative support as needed. The Office Manager will also be responsible for greeting visitors, training new staff members on administrative procedures and policies, monitoring inventory levels of supplies, and creating processes to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a minimum work experience of 2 years in an administrative role. Additionally they should demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as effective communication abilities both written and oral. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is also required for this role. An understanding of office management systems is preferred but not necessary. Candidates with knowledge of foreign languages may be given preference in certain cases.
