HR manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. They will be required to assist with the recruitment process, onboarding, and maintain and update employee records. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with labor law regulations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in HR management is preferred but not required as we are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
