Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support to staff and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed correctly.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience in customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Greeting customers and visitors
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Maintaining records (electronic and physical)
• Scheduling appointments with clients/vendors/suppliers
• Managing invoices, expenses, and bookkeeping
• Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of office management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational skills • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to multitask with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • We are open to consider applicants from abroad – no experience necessary!
