Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 KD per month and is open to both foreign and local candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's merchandising activities, ensuring that products are displayed in the most attractive way to maximize sales.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in merchandising or retail management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent English language skills (other languages preferred)
• Valid driving license

Job Duties:
• Planning product ranges according to customer demand
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Managing store displays, layouts and promotional materials
• Keeping up with market trends and analyzing customer feedback
• Developing pricing strategies to maximize profits
• Liaising with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns

Other Information:
This position requires availability on evenings and weekends. A valid driving license is essential. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic working environment.
