Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and effective learning environment for students in the classroom. This individual should be able to provide a stimulating learning experience through the use of creative teaching methods and activities.

Responsibilities:

-Develop lesson plans and activities that are appropriate for the age level of the students.
-Provide instruction in the designated subject area while adhering to curricula objectives.
-Assess student progress and provide feedback through various means such as tests, reports, or individual meetings with parents or teachers.
-Speak with students, parents, and other staff members to discuss issues, provide advice, or share information.
-Organize field trips or other educational activities in order to supplement classroom instruction.
-Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of changes in curriculum, standards, or other educational topics.
-Maintain current knowledge of the subject area by reading books, journals, or attending conferences related to the field of teaching.
-Perform any additional duties assigned by school administrators or supervisors.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
-Minimum two years' experience teaching in a K–12 setting is preferred but not required for consideration.
-Experience working with diverse populations is desirable but not necessary.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
-Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail is necessary for this position as well as good problem solving skills when navigating difficult situations that may arise within the classroom setting .
