Al-Kuwait is looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team and help manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee records, administering benefits and payroll, and addressing employee grievances. Additionally, they will guide managers on effective hiring practices and labor laws. They must also be able to create reports to analyze the effectiveness of our HR policies and identify areas for improvement.

We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with staff members and stay up-to-date on local employment laws. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously when required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we are willing to consider foreign candidates with minimal work experience that display enthusiasm, flexibility, and the drive to learn new things quickly.
