The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team by completing clerical tasks such as organizing files, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills to ensure efficient communication between staff members and external contacts as well as good organizational skills to effectively manage time-sensitive projects.
To qualify for this position you must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent qualification plus experience in a similar role or in customer service. You should also have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Candidates with previous experience in secretarial duties are preferred but not essential as training can be provided. You must also have excellent attention to detail, good problem solving abilities and exemplary customer service skills. Additionally, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
