We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a hotel environment, be highly organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in managing staff is also desirable.

The Hotel Manager must ensure that all hotel staff adhere to and understand all company policies and procedures. They will be expected to work closely with other departments to provide the best possible services for guests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should be able to resolve any complaints or problems that may arise during their stay.

The successful applicant should also possess excellent problem-solving skills along with strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They must be able to work well under pressure, have great attention to detail, and the ability to motivate staff members.
