Office Manager – Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the office.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in an office setting and be ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, responding to phone calls, and handling mail.
• Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
• Manage calendar for staff meetings and other important events.
• Create reports and presentations for senior management
• Create travel arrangements as requested
• Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least three years of experience working in an office setting • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accurately
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
