Needs for the Candidate:
• Ability to create and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in using computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel with short notice if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
