Job Summary:
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the staff. This is a full-time position with an excellent salary of 900. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including hiring and training staff, developing standard operating procedures, managing budgets and expenses, maintaining records of customer feedback and complaints, monitoring housekeeping standards, monitoring occupancy levels and revenue targets, setting room rates accordingly, liaising with suppliers regarding maintenance issues or orders of supplies or equipment etc., ensuring that guests' needs are met satisfactorily during their stay at the hotel and that all health and safety regulations are followed correctly.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field; however experience in a similar role is essential. Additionally they should have experience in customer service roles; possess strong leadership abilities; be proficient in MS Office software; be familiar with hospitality software such as IDS Property Management Software; have extensive knowledge of health & safety regulations; have fluency in both English & Arabic (preferred); possess excellent problem solving & decision-making skills; be quality-orientated with an eye for detail; possess the ability to work effectively independently or within a team environment; demonstrate great interpersonal skills when dealing with guests & colleagues alike; be able to work flexible shifts including weekends & holidays if necessary etc.
