Al-Kuwait is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter for a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the company fill vacant positions in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential candidates from various sources, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending suitable candidates to hiring managers. The Recruiter will need to have excellent communication skills with an in-depth understanding of the company's recruitment policies and procedures. They should also have an understanding of the local labour market and be able to negotiate salaries and benefits.

The successful candidate should have experience using various recruiting tools such as job boards, social media, networking events, and other resources. They should also have experience creating job postings that attract quality candidates. The ability to work well with hiring managers is essential for this role so that they can understand their hiring needs and find suitable candidates quickly.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1300 per month plus benefits such as medical insurance and paid vacation days. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals for this role.
