Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management staff and other departments within the organization.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role providing administrative support in a corporate setting. The successful candidate should also have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. We are prepared to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing administrative support including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, answering phones and other related tasks
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Processing incoming mail on a daily basis
• Assisting with special projects as assigned
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal staff as well as external customers
• Updating database information as required
