Office manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. We are a fast-growing and innovative company with a great team environment.
The Office Manager will handle the day to day operations of the office, including coordinating office activities, managing office equipment, maintaining records, and overseeing administrative support staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate must have:
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an office setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600 KD per month with additional benefits for the right candidate.
