Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our company in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from beginning to end, working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to identify potential customers by researching the industry and market trends, develop sales plans and strategies to maximize revenue, proactively manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing sales data to inform future decisions while also overseeing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include but are not limited to: managing the entire sales process from start to finish; developing customized sales strategies; creating and maintaining customer relationships; monitoring competitor activities and pricing; overseeing a team of sales representatives; conducting market research and analysis; identifying new customer opportunities; preparing proposals and presentations; ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organizational abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, effective time management skills, extensive knowledge of sales processes and techniques as well as an understanding of current industry trends. Additionally, we require at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with no prior experience in this field.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 USD per month for this position along with other benefits such as medical insurance coverage and paid holidays etc.
