We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask.

The role involves providing administrative support to the office, including responding to emails and phone calls, taking messages, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining office records and filing documents. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong computer skills.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience in secretarial work who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The ability to speak another language is a plus but not essential. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1600 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
