Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join us as a Supervisor in Al-Kuwait. As the Supervisor, you will be the leader of a team of staff and responsible for managing the daily operations of the organisation. You will be expected to coach, mentor and provide guidance to your team, ensuring they meet performance targets and expectations. You should have excellent communication skills and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Your duties as Supervisor will include planning, organising, controlling and monitoring work processes in order to ensure smooth running of operations. You will need to oversee resource planning, manage staff allocation, conduct performance appraisals, delegate tasks appropriately and ensure that all staff are adequately trained. Furthermore, you should be able to develop strategies in order to improve operational efficiency as well as identify areas for improvement within the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least two years of experience in a managerial role. A background in finance or accounting would be advantageous but not essential for the role. The successful candidate must also possess strong leadership skills along with excellent communication abilities both written and verbal proficiency in English are required for this role. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
