Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative functions are managed efficiently. This position has a salary of 900 and we are open to considering an immigrant candidate.
Job Duties
The Office Manager will be responsible for scheduling meetings, organizing office activities, managing office supplies, and overseeing the office budget. In addition, they will provide assistance to the executive staff with various administrative tasks such as filing documents, answering phones, managing emails, and updating records. The Office Manager will also be responsible for arranging travel arrangements for staff members and providing general customer service support when needed.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required. Additionally, the Office Manager must possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. They should also have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
