Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is seeking a professional Secretary to join its team. The successful candidate will report directly to the management and will provide administrative and clerical support to the organization.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management ability. The successful candidate should have good computer literacy, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have experience in dealing with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, take messages, respond to emails and direct enquiries appropriately;
• Maintain records of staff holidays and absences;
• Prepare presentations, reports and documents;
• Manage office supplies;
• Liaise with suppliers;
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field;
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
