Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the executive team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, filing documents, data entry, and answering phones.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience with office management software (MS Office)
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• We are willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience
