Al-Kuwait is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us build our future. We are ready to consider both local and immigrant candidates for this role.

Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for finding suitable candidates for open positions. This includes identifying potential job seekers, screening CVs, conducting interviews, making job offers, and onboarding new hires. The Recruiter should also stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and be able to analyze recruitment data to help improve hiring processes.

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources management. This person should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written), be organized and detail-oriented, possess good problem solving skills, and should have a good understanding of labor regulations. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred but not required.
