Office manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will earn a salary of 900 KD per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of office administration processes and procedures, as well as experience with handling administrative tasks in a corporate office setting. They must possess strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to multitask. The successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day management of the office including the scheduling of meetings, coordinating with vendors, ordering supplies, tracking expenses, managing filing systems, updating databases and managing projects. The candidate should also be able to respond quickly to inquiries from staff or clients regarding office procedures or services and manage reception areas when required.
The successful candidate should have at least two years’ experience working in a corporate environment as an Office Manager or similar role. A degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) is essential for this role as is fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
