Job Description:

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining the cleanliness of our accommodations. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, such as guest rooms, lobbies, bathrooms, and public spaces
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets and clean surfaces
• Perform daily tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures
• Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed
• Report any damages or maintenance requirements to management
• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide information on services offered by the hotel
• Respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• Experience working as a Room Attendant or similar role in hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their appropriate uses is preferred
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with attention to detail
• Good communication skills; friendly demeanor
Salary: 1300 KD/month (incl. benefits) We are ready to consider an immigrant.
