Office Manager Position in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative and clerical support, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, answering phones, and responding to emails
β’ Manage office staff by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
β’ Create reports on office productivity and other relevant metrics
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
β’ Ensure all paperwork is properly filed in accordance with company standards
β’ Develop strategies to improve efficiency and operations in the office
β’ Handle customer inquiries and complaints as necessary
β’ Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all personnel
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
β’ At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role required
β’ Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
β’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management skills
β’ Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Salary: 1700 KWD / Month. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants.
