Office Manager Position in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative and clerical support, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, answering phones, and responding to emails
• Manage office staff by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
• Create reports on office productivity and other relevant metrics
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filed in accordance with company standards
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and operations in the office
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as necessary
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all personnel
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role required
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Salary: 1700 KWD / Month. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants.
