Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals reach their career goals and find rewarding positions within our organization. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
The Recruiter’s main duty is to source, select, and hire qualified candidates for open positions in our company. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, performing background checks, evaluating potential candidates, negotiating salaries and benefits packages, on-boarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process as well as managing any external recruitment agencies used by the company.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills as well as a high level of computer proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is also preferred but not required.

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends when necessary. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision while being able to effectively collaborate with other members of our team whenever needed. Additionally, they must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide timely feedback to all applicants throughout the entire recruitment process.
