Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience in planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects from conception to completion;
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills;
• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents;
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Tasks:
• Plan construction projects according to project specifications;
• Negotiate contracts, hire contractors, purchase materials and equipment;
• Monitor progress of construction projects against timeline;
• Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards;
• Oversee hiring of personnel, such as laborers or specialized contractors when needed;
• Prepare progress reports for upper management.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 KWD per month plus other perks such as medical insurance coverage, vacation days and flexible working hours. We are also open to considering an experienced foreigner for this position.
