Job Duties:
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to oversee staff performance, delegate tasks, provide guidance and training, maintain quality standards, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, manage resources effectively, and create an atmosphere of cooperation and motivation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good problem solving ability
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
• Ensure staff are following company policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance to ensure quality standards are met • Identify areas for improvement in operational process and develop solutions • Delegate tasks to employees as appropriate • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner • Train new employees on company policies • Provide guidance to staff when needed
