Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for booking tickets, reservations, and other travel services for our customers. You should be knowledgeable in the latest travel trends and have excellent customer service skills. This role requires an individual who is able to work independently while providing superior customer service.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a travel agent or related role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
